Add a pinch of cajun seasoning and blend. ![]() Add salt and mix your pico and set aside In a mixer or blender, add cilantro, a spoonful of mayo and sour cream and 2 Tbsp of ranch. 1 pound fresh cod (cubed) All purpose seasoning Adobo Garlic powder Onion powder Pepper Flour tortillas Vegetable oil Pico de gallo Roma tomatoes White onion Cilantro Jalapeño (diced) Juice from 1 Lime Salt Beer batter 12 oz of beer Flour Paprika Chili powder Garlic powder Cilantro ranch dressing Mayo Sour cream Ranch Lime Cilantro Cajun seasoning Cube your cod and then season with the seasoning listed above In a separate bowl add 1 1/2 cup of flour Season it with: garlic powder, chili powder and paprika Add 12 oz of beer and mix Dredge your cod in the beer batter and make sure it’s evenly coated Heat pan with oil on medium heat and when the temperature reaches 350 add the cod to the pan making sure you don’t overcrowd Cook until cod is golden brown then take out and set aside Finely chop cilantro, dice your tomato, onion and jalapeños and add to a bowl. ![]() ![]() Taco Tuesday □ These Baja Fish tacos are a must try.
